Purpose, why do we process your personal information?

For the purposes of the GDPR of April 27, 2016, and LO 3/2018, we will use the data collected for the following purposes:

  • Contact you in case you request to do so.
  • Manage your browsing on the web, where appropriate.
  • Send you commercial communications about our products and services.
  • Manage your CV in selection processes if your job profile is of interest to us.
  • Publication of your testimonial regarding our products and services, to be published on the website and thus be able to help other users.

For this, the user will have a registration form whose completion will legitimize the interested party to access and use certain services offered on the web.

However, the user is informed that in any contact form they will be informed of the use that will be made of the data obtained and, if they are used for a different purpose, said consent will be obtained previously and expressly.

How do we treat your CVs?

If the user sends their CV through our website, we inform that the data provided will be processed to make participate in the selection processes that may exist, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the work. We inform that this is the only official procedure to accept a CV, if the CV is summited by a different procedure/purpose, it will not be accepted. In case of any modification in the data, please inform us, to keep your data duly updated.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after this time the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total confidentiality both in the treatment and in its subsequent destruction. After the mentioned period (one year), if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes, please send us your CV again.

The data may be processed and / or communicated to the member companies of our group during the time of conservation of your curriculum and for the same purposes previously informed.

Storage, for how long do we keep your data?

We will keep your personal data for at least 5 years in case you are our customer and for strict compliance with the legal obligations established in the regulations.

In the case of Curriculum Vitae, the data will be kept for 1 year.

If you are not a customer, we will keep your data for the minimum time necessary to manage our relationship.

Derechos, ¿Cuáles son tus derechos cuando nos facilitas tus datos?

Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si se están tratando datos personales que le conciernan.

If any of our services are specifically target at children’s under fourteen years, we will request the consent of the parents or guardians in order to collect the child personal data, or for the appropriate processing of the data in accordance with the article 7 of the LOPD/GDD law.

The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating us from any responsibility in this regard.
